Obtaining low dew point readings used to take some time for the sensor to stabilise and determine whether it was a pass or fail against the ISO 8573 criteria. Not any more. CERTIFIED FOOD SAFE PRESSURE REGULATORS
MEASURE MONITOR CONTROL offers a range of 316L pressure regulators with FDA approved seals and EC1935/2004 MOCA certification. This certification means that the materials have been tested to eliminate any potentially harmful contamination caused by chemical migration from the construction materials into the media and therefore an end product. Low, medium and high pressure regulators are available with this certification such that control pressures can be between 5mbar and up to 200bar with units ranging in size from 1/8” to 2”, suitable for food packaging and shielding gases and beverages with pH >4.5 and <5% alcohol content. PLD3: COUPLING USED ON PLUMBING SYSTEMS
The PLD3 is a coupling used on plumbing systems, which connects the internal-pressure-measurement equipment according to the standard ISO 15171-1 (or SAE J1502). Designed to work at 40 MPa with a burst pressure of 160 MPa, it is available in one size only (i.e., DN06 = size 1/4), as per the standard ISO 15171-1. Its fl¬at face construction minimises air inclusion and fl¬uid spillage.
DATA-LOGGING CAPABILITY
WEBTEC has announced its highly popular HPM110 digital pressure gauge is now available with a USB interface to facilitate data logging. This optional version with real-time clock, records both current measured pressures, as well as minimum and maximum values. Stored data can be transferred to a PC or laptop in CSV format, with a time and date stamp against recorded pressures. Such data sets are useful for trend analysis or specific system events that requires investigation.

PSL: A NEW MULTI-CONNECTION SYSTEM
All PSL plates are equipped with DN ISO 16 and / or ISO 19 fl¬at face couplings, since both can be mounted in the same seats. The couplings are secured to the plates with highly-resistant elastic rings that allow them to rotate, thus avoiding accidental unscrewing or potential damages to the hydraulic pipes during assembly or usage. All the couplings are available with several connection threads according to customers’ needs and the mobile part is equipped as standard with an integrated decompression system that allows the two half-plates to be connected even in the presence of residual pressure on the male side.
