Gates delivers new webinar series to meet market’s demand for increased online support

16 November, 2020

Gates, the global provider of applicationspecific fluid power and power transmission solutions, has unveiled a new series of technical and commercial webinars designed to increase support for its industrial product ranges throughout EMEA.

The webinar sessions will allow Gates’ technical experts the opportunity to address specific topics, ranging from live product unveilings, a virtual tour of the testing facility to technical trainings on safety, and provide technical support and improved access to essential data. Gates recently released several fluid power and power transmission product-focused webinars to pilot the program which were met with great success, this included a live unveiling of the new MXG 4K hose.

Contamination prevention

The new webinar series will include additional product-focused offerings as well as technical training. Gates’ ‘Crimper Training’, for example, will review practicalities involved with hose assemblies, identify safety measures to consider and outline steps to prevent contamination.

The ‘e-Crimp’ webinar will provide users with enhanced product information as well as tips and tricks as how to access the most appropriate data available to ensure the most effective and efficient crimping results. Subsequent webinars will also include in-depth technical case studies, as well as solutions to overcome common problems that may emerge in the field and additional subject areas identified by distributors, who are often the first call for technical support. Full details of the webinar schedule and details as how to register are available from: https://www.gates.com/gb/en/ knowledge-centre/ training/livewebinars.html
