Trelleborg’s Seals-Shop enhances online ordering

Florent Guillomeau, general manager of the Seals-Shop, said: “The out-of-stock ordering feature is particularly important in B2B transactions. It means that customers can better plan their demand by checking estimated delivery times, even for out of stock products. Customers can thus benefit from more of Trelleborg's sealing portfolio and combine orders with different lead times, making the ordering process easier and more convenient.”

Guillomeau continued: “Including out-of-stock items has allowed us to display a bigger product range and we have increased our portfolio within the seal-shop by over 35% in the past months. We are planning on adding further useful functions to the platform over the coming months, including more products and product categories.”

Currently Seals-Shop offers over 10,500 Trelleborg Sealing Solutions products for dispatch Europe-wide within a couple of days. This includes a wide range of standard seals such as O-Rings, rod and piston seals, as well as other heavy-duty sealing products primarily for hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment and applications, including rotary and static seals.
