Quick Hydraulics to expand operations

25 August, 2016

Hydraulics company, Quick Hydraulics, plans to expand its operations to Bradford, servicing business and industry across Yorkshire and the Humber.

Since being acquired by County Durham-based Altec Engineering in 2015, Quick Hydraulics has already announced plans to expand into Teesside. Its latest announcement, on expansion into West Yorkshire premises, will offer a hydraulic service and repair workshop and fully accredited hydraulic training, across Yorkshire and the Humber.

Along with its sister company, precision engineering firm Sigma Technologies, Quick Hydraulics is to expand its operations, opening as part of Altec Engineering Group’s 21,000 sq ft workshop on Euroway Industrial Estate.

The workshop is sited on the M606, midpoint on the M62, providing the firm with arterial access to customers across Yorkshire. When fully operational, the new facility will create up to eight hydraulic engineering jobs on the site, which will be overseen by business development manager, Mike Goldsworthy, business development manager of Quick Hydraulics Bradford.
