I.M.M. Hydraulics (UK) Ltd. acquires Endeavour International Ltd.

Endeavour International, whose head office and production facilities are in Bath, manufactures a range of swaging machines and ancillary products for the assembly of hydraulic hose and fittings.

The acquisition represents an important step in the growth strategy of I.M.M. Hydraulics (UK) Ltd.; to strengthen and rationalise the Interpump direct distribution in the various home and global markets it currently supplies. The company reports that this will also allow it to better serve new and emerging markets worldwide, and will expand its hose and fittings product portfolio for the fluid conveyance market.
