NFPC welcomes fluid power guests from Finland
Earlier this month the National Fluid power Centre (NFPC) – part of the commercial arm of North Nottinghamshire College – welcomed some 13 visitors from various vocational colleges and training centres in Finland. The group also included a representative from the Finnish Hydraulics and Pneumatics Association and the FLUID Finland Magazine.
“The party specifically visited the UKs National Centre to see how we operated and delivered CETOP Competence Based Qualifications,” said John Savage, the Centre’s director. “They were highly impressed with the NFPC, its practical facilities representing the best in Europe together with the range of short courses and its engagement with the UK fluid power industry and the BFPA. On leaving a number of visitors said that they would be coming back to the NFPC for some personal training.”
