New CEO and senior promotions for Fraser Anti-Static Techniques

Global industrial static control specialist, Fraser Anti-Static Techniques, has appointed a new CEO and announced six senior team promotions at its UK headquarters in Devon.


James Cater has joined Fraser Anti-Static as CEO, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector and global multi-nationals to the role.

James Cater commented: “It is a huge privilege to take over the reins at such an exciting company. My aim is to build on founder Bob Fraser’s pioneering legacy of innovation and technical expertise while nurturing the strong family ethos that is so important to the team and our customers. We have a number of exciting announcements through 2024 and beyond as we continue to invest in and grow the business.”

Following James’ recent appointment, Fraser Anti-Static has also announced six senior team promotions. John Bagby is taking on a new role as Director of Innovation and Engineering, leading on business innovation and product strategy after over 10 years with the company while Kevin Brown is appointed Head of UK Sales from his role as Technical Sales Manager. Laura Roppert begins a new role as Customer Success Manager, responsible for key clients worldwide after 18 years with the company and Rich Hallett steps up as Head of Engineering from his role as Engineering Manager. Donna Frost becomes Customer Operations Manager and Charlie Willday joins the business as Head of Operations, responsible for production, quality, supply chain and customer operations.

Cater added: “These promotions show the breadth of expertise within the team and their dedication to customer excellence and the company. We are proud to be making so many well-deserved promotions. We are committed to everyone in the Fraser family and will continue to develop the skills and careers of all our talented staff.”

Fraser Anti-Static continues to innovate, developing technology to enable customers to create safer working environments, manufacture at lower costs and take products to market faster by the control, measurement, and application of static electricity.
