NORTH AMERICAN SERVICE CENTRE OPENED

07 August, 2019

ROTARY POWER has announced it has opened a North American service centre in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Located across 8,500 sq. ft., the new facility will perform service and conversions on all Rotary Power hydraulic motors and chemical metering pumps.

Doug Jensen, US sales director at Rotary Power, said: “Our goal is to be able to support our customers with world class service before and after the sale. The investment we’re making in this facility will allow us to meet that goal in an effective, efficient manner.”

Headquartered in the United Kingdom, Rotary Power manufactures hydraulic motors and pumps in its factory located in the North East of England. The company moved into its current location six years ago as part of a substantial investment, which included the acquisition of new machinery to further develop its range of heavy duty motors.

Neil Gray, CEO at Rotary Power, said: “We recognise the importance of investing in our facilities and providing full servicing capabilities to our American customers. This facility will be able to support our full product range, enabling rapid turnaround to our customer’s needs.”

This facility will increase Rotary Power’s service footprint, which currently includes service facilities in Aachen, Germany; and South Shields, UK. These facilities complement an already established global sales and service distributor network.
