Double sealing fittings ideal for harsh environments

26 February, 2018

Camozzi’s new Series H8000 fittings have been purpose designed to cope with the rigorous demands of dirty and dusty conditions, making them ideal for challenging working environments including welding robots, cutting, cement plants, off highway and paint spraying.

The fittings’ patented system features double sealing on the tube, guaranteeing a highly reliable connection and avoiding any risk of leakage or dirt ingress; a factor that also makes them suitable for use with some metal tube and in vacuum applications.

Added durability

A patented collet design is hermetically sealed to give added durability and guarantee performance over time, retention of the tube and easy connection and release with no requirement for special tools.

Series H8000 fittings have a brass body with FKM seals for high temperatures and can be used with pressures ranging between -0.9 and 60 bar. EPDM and NBR seal options are also available.

Easy assembly and disassembly is achieved through release sleeves which can been used multiple times and operated easily, even when soiled.

The silicone free range is available now from Camozzi in diameters 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16mm and 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 BSP threads.
