High visibility safety hose reel

13 April, 2017

Redashe has introduced a new model to its extensive hose reel range – the C2782 multi-functional high visibility safety reel. This model is a low-tension spring rewind, compressed air reel with a layering system that prevents the hose from bunching during retraction.

The system automatically layers the hose onto the reel from side to side without the need for the operator’s input.

The reel’s slow retraction system prevents the hose from speeding back to the reel if the operator accidentally lets go of the hose. This safety feature helps to protect people against injury and objects from potential damage.

The reel is supplied complete with a 15m x 10mm hybrid polymer hose, which lays flat when in use with no recoil effect and stays flexible even in extremely cold conditions.

Manufactured from high-impact UV stabilised polypropylene, the reel is tough, lightweight and corrosion free. Its working pressure is up to 20 bar and it comes with a two-year limited warranty.
