Train to gain

22 September, 2016

With compressed air used in many thousands of applications across the globe, it is essential that operators have a thorough understanding of its uses and risks to ensure that they operate it properly and safely.

With this in mind there is continuing concern that there are currently no formal accreditation schemes for designing, installing and maintaining compressed air systems, so end users could be receiving poor advice and safety could be compromised.

In the absence of formal accreditation, BCAS offers a range of compressed air training courses for those who supply or service compressors and also for those who use compressed air on a daily basis.

Delivered either by self-paced, distance e-learning or through practical, classroom sessions, BCAS offers specialist compressed air training, education and management.

Courses available include: Working safely with Compressed Air, Compressed Air System Technology, Diploma in Compressed Air Management, Written Schemes, Competent Examiner and an ISO11011 half-day workshop.
