Exitflex scales-up

19 November, 2015

Exitflex has relocated to a new facility on the Airfield Industrial Estate, Christchurch in Dorset. The warehouse & workshop reconstruction and office renovation project had been funded and project managed by the company.

Exitflex comments that the move has effectively doubled its warehouse storage capacity of thermoplastic, rubber & PTFE hoses. Exitflex adds that it has also provided a more efficient operating space, speeding up processing time and ensuring that as the company grows its customers continue to receive a professional and prompt service.

As part of the relocation and expansion, the company has also added a shipping container storage and processing yard for high-volume shipments.

Exitflex’s customer base and the range of products offered continue to grow and to complement the company’s airless spray tips and other Swiss Technology surface finishing accessories. The company now offers stock blasting hoses and paint spray hoses in assembly form ready to ship on a same-day basis.

Much of Exitflex’s bulk thermoplastic hose stock is kept in unbranded single form, and its in-house inkjet coding and welding lines allow the company the flexibility to offer customers private or Exitflex branding in single or multiform with very short lead times.
