Toolless connection of multiple connectors

The Multiline Adaptive from Eisele is claimed to set high standards for tool changing and prototype construction. Its compatible modular design also allows flexible integration of different diameters, connection types and media in one multiple connector.


According to Eisele, the Multiline Adaptive from Eisele is a highly reliable multiple connector for connecting functional groups to machines. The advantages apply during system installation, maintenance and repairs: this world innovation can significantly reduce installation expense and set-up times. Due to a completely modular system in which all single components are mutually compatible, this system is much more advanced than previous solutions.

After selecting a base body consisting of a plug and socket and defining the number of connections and their maximum outer diameter based on the hole pattern, the adaptive inserts allow the user to combine exactly those connections that are needed for a particular application. The size of the connections is variable. Changes or modifications can easily be made later within minutes. The adaptive inserts are available in aluminium, stainless steel or brass; for the base body, one can choose between stainless steel or anodised aluminium.

One multiple connector for all media

Thanks to the fully modular principle it is possible to combine such different connections as pneumatics, gases, coolants, fluids and – in the latest expansion of the concept to create the Multiline E – even push-in connections for electric and electronic cables in a single interface.

To change a push-in connection, only the adaptive insert on both sides of the connection has to be exchanged. Multiline Adaptive and Multiline E are therefore ideal for prototyping and special machine engineering. Especially for batch sizes of 1 to 10 items, the prefabricated standard components allow individual and low-cost configuration of the required multiple connectors.
