Elmo Rietschle invests in new rental fleet

25 September, 2015

Vacuum and pressure technology manufacturer Elmo Rietschle, part of the Gardner Denver Group, has invested in a brand new rental fleet of high-performance vacuum pumps, helping customers to maintain productivity during overhaul or remedial work on their existing pump units.

The machines are available for immediate despatch from Elmo Rietschle’s UK Refurbishment Centre, based in Bradford, which specialises in offering major overhauls from its highly trained engineers using only genuine spare parts.

The rental fleet includes dry-running and oil-flooded rotary vane, claw, screw and side channel pump technology units. These range from 0.3 kW to 17kW and are available for immediate hire, reducing downtime for the customer while existing machines are repaired.

Gareth Topping, UK and Ireland Sales manager for Elmo Rietschle, commented: “The new rental fleet gives customers immediate access to our latest machines and enables them to continue operating as normal. In turn, we can focus on refurbishing our customers’ existing pumps off site without impacting on their productivity.

“Our vacuum pumps are renowned for their reliability and through our authorised distribution network we offer a wide range of service and maintenance options to protect equipment performance and ensure longevity. This helps customers to maximise their investment over the machines’ operational life and reduce future capital expenditure.”

In addition, for any new vacuum pumps ordered, Elmo Rietschle is offering the use of a rental machine free of charge until the new pump is available, making sure customers benefit immediately from the latest vacuum technology.
