Bosch Rexroth partners with OMC

07 November, 2014

Bosch Rexroth has entered into a strategic partnership with OMC Technologies, the designer of aluminum fabricated products and furniture in Ireland, to continue its work in providing innovative ergonomic solutions to customers.

OMC Technologies provides manual production systems to pharmaceutical, medical device and semi-conductor markets throughout Ireland. With OMC’s strong reputation for quality and customer focus, Bosch Rexroth views OMC as the ideal company to partner with to provide its versatile aluminium structures, which can be combined to form a co-ordinated ergonomic system.

“Bosch Rexroth recognises the need for a locally based partner for our aluminium extrusion range that can provide innovative design solutions competitively and exceed our customer’s expectations locally”, said John Doran, regional sales manager at Bosch Rexroth. “Ergonomic workstations are at the centre of any assembly line production and, with over 25 years’ experience, OMC Technology has a clear understanding of our customer’s lean production needs.”

Through the use of Rexroth’s bolt-together connectors, almost any structure can be assembled quickly without the need for specific tools or a professional skill set. This includes perimeter guarding, work tables, industrial guarding, work stations and many more.

Joe Brennan, business development manager at OMC Technologies, commented: “At OMC Technologies, we pride ourselves on providing the best-in-class solutions to our customers. By working closely with Bosch Rexroth, we can offer innovative ergonomic workstations which can be adjusted to meet the needs of individuals.”
