Cheque for Heroes presentation
Organiser of Karting for Heroes Geoff Kelley (left) Commercial Director of Hydraquip, is pictured presenting a cheque for £7748 to Edward Prentice (center), Help for Heroes’ County Coordinator for Kent alongside Buckmore Park’s Operations Director Chris Pullman (right).
Kartingfor Heroes was held in May 2010 at Buckmore Park Kart Circuit in Chatham, Kent and was a 3 hour team Karting Endurance with teams coming from as far afield as the Midlands in support of the event which was organised to raise funds for Help for Heroes.
This year will see the second running on 21st May 2011 with the organisers confident they will raise in excess of £10,000 for the charity from the karting and also from money raised at a new addition for 2011 the K4H After Party.
