Precision control with Camozzi’s Series 6PF (Dec 2013)

19 December, 2013

Camozzi Pneumatics has expanded its range of pneumatic cylinders with the launch of Series 6PF (pictured) which has been developed to offer high precision control of the piston position. Series 6PF cylinders comply with ISO 15552 standards and have a linear position transducer integrated into the chrome plated steel rod to constantly control its position along the full stroke length. The electrical connection is realised using a round M12 connector positioned on the end cap which meets IP67 protection class standards. These new cylinders are available with bores from 50mm to 125mm and standard strokes from 50mm to 500mm in intervals of 50mm. The minimum sliding speed of each Series 6PF cylinder can be as low as 5mm/ sec whilst the minimum sliding pressure is less than 0.1 bar. The robust design, flexible installation options and high performance of these new cylinders makes them suitable for many applications including: tensioning, positioning, filling, cutting and measuring systems. www.camozzi.co.uk
