EZ-Coil Rewind Safety System from Redashe (Oct 2013)

Make you work place safer with the patented EZ-Coil Rewind Safety System. This patented technology – exclusively researched and designed by the Engineering Department at Coxreels – is claimed to eliminate the high-speed recoil associated with conventional spring driven reels. This, states Redashe, significantly reduces the chance of an accident happening. The uni-directional design, like a clutch, does not increase the resistance when pulling out the hose. Years of research and design went in to producing, what Redashe believes will become the industry choice in spring-driven hose reel safety and technology. “This protects the operator, work colleagues, vehicles, surrounding equipment and of course the reel itself,” commented a company spokesperson.
