Smart Compressors & Equipment introduces new breathing air models
Newly available in the UK from Smart Compressors & Equipment are the W32 Mariner breathing air compressor and W32 Canopy breathing air compressor (silent), manufactured by Alkin Compressors.
Mariner
W32 Mariner breathing air compressor features include:
· P21 with refillable purifier element for FAD up to 170lt/min.
· P41 purifer (stainless steel) with refillable purifier element (stainless stel) for FAD higher than 170lt/min.
· 2nd and 3rd stage water separator.
· Intercoolers (stainless steel).
· Aftercooler (stainless steel).
· Priority valve (Pressure maintaining valve).
· Check valve.
· 2 filling hoses (yokes, filling valves, pressure gauges, DIN adapters).
· Manual drain.
· Air quality complies with EN12021.
· Safety valves.
Optional equipment includes automatic start/drop, auto drain, diesel engine, extra filling hoses and dual pressure systems (225-310 bar/3260-4500 psi). Compressor uses include scuba diving, fire brigade use, military applications, naval applications and paint balling.
Canopy
Also available from Smart Compressors & Equipment is the Alkin Compressors W32 Canopy breathing air compressor (silent).As with the W32 Mariner breathing air compressor, uses for the W32 Canopy breathing air compressor include scuba diving, fire brigade use, military applications, naval applications and paint balling. Standard features are:
· P41 purifier (stainless steel) with refillable purifier element (stainless steel).
· 2nd and 3rd stage water separator.
· Intercoolers (stainless steel).
· Aftercooler (stainless steel).
· Priority valve (pressure maintaining valve).
· Check valve.
· Interlocked filling panel with 2 filling hoses (yokes, filling valves).
· Isolated sound-proof canopy.
· Auto-drain.
· Automatic start/stop.
· Oil pressure switch.
· Control panel: 3-stage pressure gauges, pressure switch gauge and oil pressure gauge.
· Electric panel: Star/Delta starter, main switch, on/off buttons, hour metre, emergency pushbuttons.
· Air quality complies with EN 12021.
Optional equipment includes extra filling hoses, dual pressure systems (225-310 bar/3260-4500 psi) and an electronic control system.
