Abdex celebrates 40th Uniflex anniversary at IFPEX (April 2012)
Abdex Hose & Couplings Ltd., one of the UK’s leading hose assembly manufacturers, will be featuring a ‘Golden Opportunity’ competition to win a trip for two to Germany at this year’s IFPEX show. As the official UK distributor of Uniflex hose assembly products, Abdex is running the competition to highlight Uniflex’s 40th Anniversary.
To demonstrate the operating simplicity of the Uniflex range of crimping machines, visitors to the Abdex stand (No I616) will be offered the chance to take part in a ‘Crimp’ challenge. Included within the prizes will be an all-expenses-paid trip to the Uniflex headquarters in Karben, where the competition prize winner will be given an opportunity to compete for an exclusive Golden Uniflex crimping machine.
Live demonstrations
The Abdex stand will also feature live demonstrations of Uniflex equipment alongside a full range of associated and complementary products. Technical staff will be on hand to offer advice and to explain the company’s popular ‘Spend a Penny, save a Pound’ offer, increasing the standard one year warranty to two years. In addition, for IFPEX 2012, Abdex is also offering a free BFPA foundation course with the purchase of workshop and production machines.
