Filtertechnik launch new range of intelligent filtration systems (Nov 2011)
With today's demanding hydraulic applications and increasingly fine machine tolerances, achieving oil cleanliness is now more important than ever. Understanding oil cleanliness however, is also paramount. Filtertechnik's new range of intelligent oil filtration systems are fitted with particle counters and water monitors, which allow for oil cleanliness data to be obtained in real-time. Data can be saved for archive creation and used as traceability for in-house quality control.
By obtaining oil cleanliness data in real time, sensitive hydraulic system components can be offered maximum protection from solid and water contamination. By implementing this approach, target oil cleanliness levels can be achieved, thereby offering greater machine reliability, lower component replacement costs and reduced down-time.
