Salamander Pumps hires new Group Business Development Manager
Salamander Pumps has appointed a new Group Business Development Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Gail Burns has joined Salamander Pumps from outdoor decking supplier and distributor Gripsure where she most recently held the position of merchant account manager .In her new role, Gail is responsible for developing and implementing plans to generate new business with builders and trade merchants, buying groups and independent contractors across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
She will also be tasked with generating sales opportunities for pipe clip manufacturer Talon; commercial washroom solutions provider Cistermiser; and Keraflo, a leading manufacturer of water management solutions.
Commenting on her new role, Gail said: “Salamander Pumps has developed a fantastic reputation within the marketplace for providing customers with high-quality service, advice and products to tackle water flow and pressure challenges.
“There is a significant opportunity to grow our presence within Scotland and Northern Ireland to promote and enable smarter performance.
“It is my responsibility to drive forward our ambition and enable Salamander Pumps to become a well-established name with merchants, contractors and installers for water boosting products in these markets.”
