TESEO: perfect plug&play drop columns for every need

Ergonomic, cost-effective and functional solutions

TESEO was the first company in the world to bring to market, in the late 1980s, compressed air piping made of aluminium: a lightweight, recyclable and non-rusting material. These piping systems were designed by TESEO with the concept of modularity in mind and with the aim of providing a pipe that was also a structural profile. Today, TESEO solutions are globally renowned for their quality and flexibility. The drop columns manufactured by TESEO consist of a single, pre-assembled piece with several pick-up points.

The distribution of compressed air for industrial automation is made up of many elements, which are often designed and installed without taking into account the bigger picture. TESEO provides a comprehensive view of the system ensuring efficiency and sustainability, including economic sustainability, and offering tailor-made solutions to meet each customer’s needs.

Thanks to the inherent features of TESEO products, the company’s in-house technical department is able to design and supply systems for compressed air (but also vacuum, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon and mineral and synthetic oils) that are extremely functional and ergonomic for both installers and users.

One example is the wide range of drop columns and manifold blocks, which TESEO designs and supplies pre-assembled plug&play, ready to install. Indeed, TESEO's modular drop column systems can be installed at any time, even at a later date, making it quick and cost-effective to extend the line.

All of this makes it possible to meet the most diverse requirements, all while optimising costs, both in terms of purchase and installation, but also being much more efficient in terms of energy savings and ultimately having functional, durable products in your company that guarantee the best possible working ergonomics for your operators.

Some examples:

The original HBS system patented by TESEO - the world's first modular aluminium pipe which is also a structural profile, environmentally friendly and 100% leak-free, now renowned worldwide - makes it possible to create drop column systems that also perform a structural function. One application example are the HBS drop column systems designed by TESEO, that also perform the function of supporting electrical cable ducts and industrial wiring systems, all with a view to optimising costs and functionality.

TESEO’s original patented APS system, aluminium pipe with 4 equal faces, modular and extremely versatile, is also perfect for creating drop column systems that are 100% tailor-made according to the functions they will have to perform. TESEO's technical department, with more than 30 years' experience in the field, is able to design pre-assembled and plug&play manifolds capable of meeting every customer’s needs for greater functionality and reduction of costs and leaks that would affect utility bills.

The drop column manifolds made by TESEO, in fact the end of a drop column, are also extremely versatile as they are excellent for supplying a machine as well as a workstation. Specifically, they consist of a single pre-assembled piece, rotated by 45° in such a way as to have multiple pick-up points.

The result is a system that performs over the long term and is highly energy efficient, but also flexible, capable of adapting to the customer's needs over time.

TESEO products are 100% designed and manufactured in Italy, which guarantees quality craftsmanship and compliance with the strictest labour, environmental and product safety regulations and standards. As a guarantee of this, all products leaving the factory are clearly identifiable with the specific brand name.
