EverAir Technology becomes Beko Systems

06 November, 2009

EverAir Technology has changed its name to Beko Systems while, simultaneously, Beko Technologies GmbH has become the principal shareholder of Beko Systems GmbH. Beko Systems will continue to act as an independent company with its own corporate management.

The established range of products and services of Beko Systems also remains unchanged and will continue to represent a supplement to the portfolio of Beko Technologies, the parent company. Beko Technologies will now increasingly integrate the sales activities of its affiliated company into the international Beko sales and service network. With this move, Beko comments that compressed air users and trading partners globally will further benefit from the interconnected performance of both members of the group.

In 2007, the Beko range of products and services was considerably expanded due to the shareholding in the EverAir Technology. High-quality dryer solutions for high compressed air volume flows have opened new international markets to the company group. The Beko group has over 300 employees worldwide, three manufacturing plants in Germany, India and the USA and a customer-orientated sales organisation. Currently, the Beko Group headquarters in Neuss, on Germany’s river Rhine, are being expanded by 45 per cent. Completion is scheduled for mid-2010. Hilden, which is only a few kilometers from Neuss, will continue to be the domicile of Beko Systems.
