Advanced integrated hydraulic system developed for the construction industr
VHS Hydraulic Components Ltd, a supplier of a wide range of hydraulic components, has recently developed an advanced integrated system tailored for the construction sector.
The company has successfully combined a Bosch Rexroth M4-15/M4-12 Combo Valve with a customised Scanreco Radio Remote Control System. This system is designed for a piling mast conversion, intended to be used as an attachment on a 30-ton excavator.
The Bosch Rexroth M4 Valve features a configuration of 2 x M4-15 and 7 x M4-12 working sections, operating with a fixed inlet flow of 300L/min at 300 BAR. Each section of the valve is equipped with electro-hydraulic proportional solenoids and LS A&B relief valves. Notably, a proportional LS relief valve is installed on the second working section, enabling the remote adjustment of working pressure during operation. This valve has been paired with a customised Scanreco RC400 G2B Radio Remote Control System, featuring a Maxi handset and bespoke programming. This combination allows the operator precise and safe control of the piling mast from a distance.
Rob Turner, Managing Director of VHS Hydraulic Components, commented: "The Bosch Rexroth M4-15/12 combo unit and Scanreco RC400 G2B showcase a strong synergy between two leading global brands that we are proud to represent in the UK."
VHS Hydraulic Components serves a diverse range of industries, including agriculture, construction, engineering, farming, materials handling, marine, plastics, recycling, and steel.
