Automatic hose cutting machine with enhanced productivity launched

Whether used for small-scale production runs or integrated into larger manufacturing processes, the EMA 200 automatic hose cutting machine offers a significant boost in productivity. Setting up the machine is straightforward, allowing operators to effortlessly cut hoses up to DN 25 or one inch in diameter.

Equipped with an adjustable cutting knife, the cutting machine pre-bends hose lines to ensure precise, square cuts at rapid speeds. Its adaptable design enables quick conversion to different hose sizes, providing flexibility to meet changing production requirements. Additionally, comprehensive safety features safeguard all critical areas of the EMA 200 against interference, ensuring secure operation.

Powered by modern IPC control technology, the EMA 200 facilitates networking and automation, streamlining production processes for enhanced efficiency. For specialised applications, the machine is compatible with all UNIFLEX cutting knives, including smooth TM, slotted TMG, and coated TMC variants. Moreover, the reusability of smooth cutting knives, which can be resharpened up to Ø 330 mm, ensures long-term cost-effectiveness.

Complementing the EMA 200 is the UATA 200 automatic unwinding table, which delivers hoses according to the desired quantity. Featuring interactive feed control visible in setup mode, this component responds dynamically to operator movements, whether pulling or releasing the hose. Furthermore, the EMA 200’s versatility extends to its ability to accommodate hoses with clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, offering flexibility in various operating environments.
