Kostad Kostadinov obituary
We regret to report the death of Kostad Kostadinov, founder of Euro Industrial Equipment (UK) Ltd. As the distributor for M+S Hydraulic motors and Caproni gear pumps, Kosta was well-known throughout the hydraulic orbital motor industry in the UK.
He came to the UK from Bulgaria in the early 1990s and set about establishing his company, a business that fast became one of the go-to companies for hydraulic motors.
Working from his warehouse in Stockport for over 20 years, Kosta forged strong relationships with many hydraulic companies and machinery manufacturers throughout the UK. Along with his wife Laura, Kosta continued to expand the business over the years.
Kosta retired in 2015 and sold his business to Losi Ltd. Losi has continued to service and support Kosta’s long-standing customers.
Kosta passed away on 25 October aged 77. His funeral took place in Manchester on 15 November. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
