Series QL reduces length without compromising strength

08 September, 2021

Camozzi Automation’s new Series QL short stroke cylinder has a reduced length, making it ideal for confined or challenging spaces, yet still offers the same strength as an ISO 15552 or ISO 21287 cylinder.

Developed specifically for applications with limited radial loads and where a long stroke is not required, the versatile, lightweight Series QL’s compact design enables it to be used in confined spaces in applications ranging from light packaging or assembly duties, through to demanding handling requirements such as woodworking.

Available in bores: 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 mm, the cylinders’ lightweight aluminium construction provides an opportunity to reduce energy consumption, when used on moving parts.

Series QL complies with a host of industry standards including ROHS, REACH and EN4414 and can also be used on machines that must be certified according to the Machinery Directive (B10d – MTTF).

Double acting, magnetic and nonmagnetic designs, along with a full range of accessories enhance the applicability and usability of the Series QL range.
