Vydraulics acquires Doedijns Group International

20 July, 2020

The Belgium/Dutch Vydraulics Group has acquired Doedijns Group International. The acquisition includes the following parts of DGI: Doedijns, specialist in system solutions in the field of hydraulics and supplier of high quality hydraulic, pneumatic and electro mechanical control components; Sypack, provider of helifueling systems; and Koppen & Lethem, supplier of high quality hydraulic and electro mechanical control components.

Doedijns, Sypack and Koppen & Lethem are not the first companies to join the Vydraulics group. Vremac Cylinders, Vapo Hydraulics, Hydropack Hydraulics and GDM Precision Mechanics are already part of the Vydraulics group. This acquisition contributes to the mission of the Vydraulics group: offering turnkey solutions for systems, components and service in the field of motion- and control technology and process systems.

Everything starting from design to production, commissioning and maintenance can be offered by the group. Core principle is giving our clients complete peace of mind. The market is clearly looking for an autonomous and independent provider of turn-key solutions who operates efficient and transparent. Operational Excellence is key. “For Doedijns, Sypack and Koppen & Lethem this partnership offers the perfect next step to meet market demands and achieve the growth ambitions of the company, says Frank Robben, CEO of DGI.

Steven Vangeersdaele, CEO of Vydraulics, comments: “The driving force behind this partnership is a common passion for knowledge and technology. This results in effective and innovative solutions. Together with our clients and partners and partners we aim for solutions that offer minimum ‘total cost of ownership’. The Vydraulics group is supported by an established family trust with a strong long-term focus. This offers a stable financial foundation for realising our strategic vision and growth ambitions.”

All partners of the Vydraulics group will retain their own identity and remain at their present locations. The partnership originates from the ambition to grow and provide an even more complete service to our (combined) clients. The merger has no consequences for employment.
