HES Tractec sets up Carraro Drive Tech network as part of new after-sales agreement
HES Tractec, the specialist supplier of genuine parts for the agricultural, construction and waste management industries, has extended its agreement with Carraro Drive Tech, one of the world's largest manufacturers of axle and transmissions for agricultural, industrial and mining equipment. Building on the company's exclusive UK distributorship, HES Tractec will launch the Carraro Service Network (CSN) a specialist repair and service support, in March 2014. HES Tractec is currently in the process of appointing well established service orientated business across the whole of the UK and Ireland. The network will directly benefit customers with fast and efficient repairs and services, carried out by fully trained axle repair professionals, operating under strict Carraro service standards. The CSN use exclusive Cararro diagnostic equipment, Carraro designed special tooling and 100 per cent genuine parts, all repairs carry a full 12 month warranty.
