Hi-Force wins EEF Future Manufacturing award for the second year running
Representatives of Hi-Force UK were specially invited to the 2012 EEF Future Manufacturing Awards Regional Celebration Lunch held recently at The Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire. With more entrants than ever before, the event was attended by representatives of over 40 companies, who had been shortlisted from an original list of over 800 entries. Hi-Force Daventry was shortlisted in three categories including The Environmental Efficiency Award, The Business Growth Award and The Outstanding Export Award, which saw Hi-Force receive a well merited Runner-up Award Certificate beating companies including Rolls Royce, JCB and Jaguar Land Rover, who were also competing in the Outstanding Export Award category.
At the award ceremony Kevin Brown, Hi-Force Group’s managing director, commented: “Everyone at Hi-Force is delighted to receive this Outstanding Export Award runner up certificate and we hope that we can go one better next year and grab first place. Export is the key to helping the UK to grow and with over 87 per cent of our production being exported, outside of the UK, Hi-Force is clearly playing a major part in bringing much needed revenue into UK PLC.”
