DCA and Hydrastore forge new partnership with Exertus

02 January, 2013

DCA and Hydrastore have entered into a new partnership with Finish control system developer, Exertus. The design, supply and support of reliable and cost effective total hydraulic solutions has been DCA’s forte and explains why the company is now recognised as a major force within the UK’s hydraulic industry. Providing customers with exactly what they want has been paramount to DCA’s success and never has system efficiency and machine versatility been more important.

Electronics penetrate virtually every aspect of modern life and are without doubt the most important factor in machine optimisation. Whether you’re managing engine or hydraulic power control, or creating intuitive user friendly interfaces, the latest generation control equipment plays an essential part.

When developing machines no longer do we consider the hydraulics and electronics to be separate entities and for this reason finding the right electronic control partner has featured at the top of DCA’s strategic plan for a number of years. It has not been an easy search, but at DCA & Hydrastore they are confident that the new partnership with Exertus will prove to be one of the most exciting developments in the companies’ history. Exertus are at the cutting edge of electronic control technology; their systems seamlessly integrate, displays have configurable inputs and outputs and the CAN protocol is a standard feature. If its radio control that’s required, then standard controllers can be fitted with transceivers and off the shelf radio transmitters can be programmed and configured by customers, to meet their exact needs, instantly.

Programming the products is an intuitive process and people with limited control knowledge will not struggle with the concept. Trouble shooting and real time diagnostics are also an integral part of the software. Hydrastore and DCA are very excited by the products, the added benefits they will bring to the systems they design and are looking forward to a long and successful relationship with Exertus.
