Norgren releases new IVAC guide
Norgren, provider of pneumatic motion and fluid control technologies, has unveiled a comprehensive guide covering its new IVAC (integrated valve and actuator control) product, designed to significantly reduce energy usage and operating costs for OEMs and end users in a range of processing applications.
Available to download from www.norgren.com/uk/ivacpr, the user-friendly but detailed guide covers the many advantages of IVAC, including technical innovation, lower operating costs, faster response times and greater design aesthetics.
The IVAC product is capable of cutting energy consumption by up to 50 per cent when compared to more conventional pneumatic systems, while the weight and space optimised system delivers Engineering Advantage through its capabilities as an integrated unit, combining pilot and control valves, flow controls, cushioning and sensors into a single actuator package.
Richard Bull of Norgren commented: “Our aim was to offer a unique and innovative sustainable energy improvement, via a single-unit solution. Suitable for a range of bore sizes from 32mm to 100mm, IVAC is a high-performance engineered product that can help reduce energy costs, installation costs and air consumption, while reducing downtime for cleaning and maintenance through a number of cleanline versions that are available in the range. Downloading the IVAC guide will demonstrate to interested parties why IVAC offers an advanced engineering solution.”
