PVL appoints new general manager

Previously with PVL, Osborn has re-joined after spending the past 10 years working throughout Southern Africa, mainly in Zambia, for an engineering company specialising in the repair of mining equipment; including hydraulic cylinders and pumps for excavators. With this level of technical experience together with his previous roles at PVL in marketing and design, Osborn is ideally positioned to benefit the company in its next phase of sales growth and expansion.
