Plascompo appointed distributor for Weldalloy

Having invested in a new production facility in Belgium, Weldalloy now produces high-quality spiral protection for flexible hoses on three continents.

Formed in 2015, Plascompo supplies protective products associated with the hydraulic and pneumatic sectors. The directors, Kevin Taylor and Grant Hopkinson have spent 25 and 27 years respectively supplying protective mouldings and hose protection products in to the sector.

Weldalloy required a totally independent outlet for the UK market and Plascompo does not sell hose, fittings, hose assemblies or hardware; focusing entirely on protection for these items – from caps & plugs for fittings to hose sleeve and spiral wraps. Plascompo operates from a new warehouse and office facility close to the M1 motorway network; well-situated to service the whole of the UK.
