Mattei receives AirSAFE accolade
Rotary vane compressor manufacturer Mattei has received an AirSAFE performance award from the British Compressed Air Society (BCAS).
The company received the award at the BCAS autumn conference. The awards are given to those who have performed exceptionally well within the AirSAFE register in the opinion of BCAS and scheme operators, Referenceline.
BCAS has worked with Referenceline and a pilot group of members to develop a customer feedback system, with reviews and ratings helping businesses find recommended compressed air distributors. All members are now being encouraged to take part.
Andy Jones, general manager for Mattei, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have been given this award in recognition of our work and the high standard of products and services we provide to our customers. The level and content of feedback we received is a real vote of confidence in our offering.”
Mark Dealtry of Referenceline said: “Mattei is one of only a few BCAS members to receive the AirSAFE award, which has been introduced to promote the credibility and professionalism of BCAS members as identified via customer feedback. This provides a significant advantage to existing and potential customers so they can be confident of working with BCAS members, knowing they have been endorsed by other users.”
BCAS has a commitment to promoting high standards in the industry and has developed a Code of Practice, clarifying the standards that BCAS members engaged in compressed air sales and service must meet.
