New BFPA overviews
Following the release of our latest brochure, we are now pleased to announce the completion of a series of eight more detailed overviews on the core services offered by the BFPA. The overviews will be available as downloads from our website and aim to summarise the work of the BFPA.
The first in the series is the ‘Technical standards development and publications’ overview which explains the structure and purpose of the BFPA technical committees and the unique relationship we have with the British Standards Institution (BSI). Yvonne Pearman, the BFPA’s standards project manager maintains a dedicated database of around 500 industry standards, and is responsible for BFPA’s technical publications and guidelines which rely on the excellent work done by the industry experts who sit on our fluid power committees.
