    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hydraulic hose and fittings industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

    Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies.

    Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

    Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

    Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the hydraulic hose and fittings industry.

    Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

    Ability to plan and organise customer visits.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
