Mabotec BV

Mabotec is one of the largest designers and manufacturers of hydraulic manifold blocks within Europe and will exhibit a number of manifolds at Fluid Power & Systems. Based in Waalwijk in the Netherlands, Mabotec’s facility houses the very latest in high-tech CNC automated production. This sophisticated manufacturing facility offers the flexibility to meet all your manifold requirements with a capacity to make manifolds up to 10 tonnes. To support its manufacturing, Mabotec can offer an in-house design facility utilising bespoke manifold CAD and 3D modelling software. Mabotec comments that its expertise allows it to offer a wide range of manufacturing materials, from one of the more common steels or aluminium alloys, through to stainless steels and bronze alloys. Mabotec adds that whatever your needs, its team of engineers can ensure you receive a manifold that meets all your expectations. Mabotec’s UK-based sales office is available to offer full technical and sales support or to arrange meetings to discuss your requirements.

 Magnet Schultz Ltd

Exhibiting at Fluid & Power Systems for the first time, Magnet Schultz Ltd (MSL) will demonstrate a range of proven hydraulic and pneumatic solenoid-controlled valves, including innovative proportional models, alongside new technologies designed for emerging hydrogen, compressed air and gas applications. MSL is a world leader in the design and manufacture of solenoid actuator components, products and subassemblies. It also offers a bespoke service to pneumatic and hydraulic development teams looking to deploy solenoid technologies, comprising support from design concept and prototyping through to production. At Fluid & Power Systems, MSL will present its latest micro cartridge valves and compact proportional pneumatic valves for flow regulation, demonstrate media separated valves and highlight ATEx & IECEx certified models. In addition, new solenoid gas valves with input pressure capability up to 1050 bar for the hydrogen energy sector will feature.

Metal Work UK

At Fluid Power & Systems, Metal Work UK will be exhibiting its multiple-fluid process valves; a range of products that are best suited to intercept and control the flow of fluids such as water, steam, mineral oil and numerous chemicals. More specifically, the range includes solenoid valves (series EV-Fluid), stopper pneumatic valves (series PV-Fluid) and ball or butterfly valves with a rotary actuator (series RV-Fluid). At the show, Metal Work UK will also display its EB80 valve island (Industry 4.0 compatible). EB80 is an electro-pneumatic system consisting of one solenoid valve assembly, electric power supplies and input or output digital or analogue signal management. It is the result of extensive research, which mainly involved the collection of data and requirements from customers and their conversion into solutions. This explains the presentation motto chosen for EB 80: ‘Driven by customers, designed by Metal Work’. Also on display will be the company’s electric cylinders. These include rodded (ISO) or rodless ball screws (Trapezoidal screw available) and belt-driven axis (Gantry) systems. All cylinders are controlled via stepper or servo motors with the option of a Metal Work programable unit E-Motion.

Northern Valve & Fitting Company

Northern Valve & Fitting Company (NVFCL) is the authorised distributor in the UK & Ireland for the complete range of products manufactured by FITOK. The company comments that FITOK is generally recognised as the leading (price competitive and service orientated) alternative to all established manufacturers of fluid system Components. FITOK (founded in 1998) manufactures and distributes its range of products in 6 continents. With a product portfolio covering Instrumentation (6000psi, twin ferrule), medium and high pressure (20K & 60K, cone & thread),
