In particular, visitors will have the chance to test first-hand the company’s volume crimper Tubomatic V59ES (up to 1’’ six spirals – 1’’1/4 four spirals). This machine is provided with a 7’’ colour touch-screen PLC control, back limit switch and patented quick-change tool. For rigid tubes processing, OP Srl comments that its multifunctional unit Center Junior is an effective solution for carrying out all operations using only one machine: cutting, internal and external deburring, bending, DIN2353 rings pre-assembling and 37deg flaring of rigid tubes in stainless (AISI 316 TI) and carbon steel (ST 37.4), Ø 6 - 42 mm and up to 4 mm thickness.

 Sleeve It Ltd

Sleeve It is now manufacturing Fire Sleeve in the UK. Sleeve It Fire Sleeve is manufactured from 'E' glass fibre yarn knitted to form a sleeve and coated with high-grade silicone elastomer rubber. Fire Sleeve is a very flexible sleeving designed to protect wires, cables and hoses from high ambient temperatures. It can offer continuous protection at an operating temperature of 250degC and it claimed to be able to withstand a molten metal splash at 1200degC. Sleeve It’s range of high-temperature products includes glass fibre-braided sleeving, Aero-style and industrial Fire Sleeve, Flex guard Hose Burst, exhaust basalt sleeve and fireboards. Sleeve It Ltd was established in 2003.
