end in 1991 and is still the air end of choice for many manufacturers of scroll compressors. Also on display will be SCR’s best-selling machine, the PM2, which has proved to extremely popular with distributors and end users alike. First launched at Airtech 2018, SCR Air still firmly believes there is not a more energy efficient and cost-effective machine on the market. With both end user sales increasing year on year, together with a growing distributor network, SCR strives to reduce both operating and capital costs without sacrificing quality or energy efficiency.

Supervane

Supervane is returning to Air-Tech with its extensive range of carbon vanes and filters for dry running vacuum pumps and compressors. The company comments that customers love its trouble-free ordering process and quick delivery times. It adds that customers also love the fact they can reduce their equipment maintenance costs and would prefer Supervane to the cheap alternative vanes. “Low-quality vanes might be cheap; however, in the long run it will end up costing 3 times as much,” states Supervane. Come and meet the company at its booth to see how you can reduce the cost of ownership of your vacuum pump.

Suto iTEC GmbH

For the first time in the UK, the reason behind the major interest in the Suto S600 portable compressed air purity analyser will be demonstrated as it measured compressed air for dew point, particles and residual oil vapour throughout the show. Come and see this innovative instrument in operation and learn how easy it is to use to produce speedy reports on compressed air quality. Accompanying the S600 will be several new products from Suto iTEC GmbH, including flow meters, dew point sensors and leakage analysers. Another first will be the introduction of renowned Italian manufacturer ID Insert Deal srl with its comprehensive range of pressure regulation products for gases and liquids from 5mbar to 600bar. New at this event will be the expanded range of MOCA Food Safe pressure regulators and new material and function variants of the recently announced Series 12 regulators.

 Teseo UK

Teseo UK, a leading manufacturer of modular aluminium pipework systems for compressed and technical gases, will be showing its comprehensive range of fluid power distribution systems and accessories at this year’s show. Rated to 15 bars for standard applications and 25 bar for multifluid. It is also suitable for vacuum and liquid distribution. The Hollow Bar System (HBS) – which ranges from sizes 25mm to 110mm and AP ranges from sizes 20mm to 68mm diameters of pipework – both offer total modular solutions for factories, aerospace, food, packaging, health, car plants and many more. The pipes are made of extruded aluminum and are connected by special brackets and double ‘O’ ring seals to ensure that the system is ‘leak free’. Come and see Teseo UK’s hot tap kit demo, which shows system modifications can be made when a system is still under full working pressure. The ATS range of workbenches, air track trolleys and swinging arms for air/electric tools complement the range.
