Beaumanor two-day event success

The two-day event began with a VIP theatre trip to see Hairspray at the Curve Theatre in Leicester and came to a close as customers, suppliers and Beaumanor staff joined together for an evening of entertainment and prize giving, which included a Bose sound speaker, an Epson scanner and printer and a Cetaform toolset.

Tim Thirumalai, Beaumanor’s majority shareholder, explained: “We wanted the exhibition to provide customers and distributors with the opportunity to meet our new supplier partners such as European-based Helixguard and Brevini and Tygris located here in the UK. It was also a great opportunity to update our customers on the product ranges that our existing suppliers have to offer.”

New catalogue launched

Beaumanor continues to achieve record targets as sales in 2015 have exceeded £9.5 million. The new catalogue sees an increased product range to 35,000; 9000 of which are new lines and available for next-day delivery. Beaumanor also attributes much of its success to its website: www.beaumanor.com, the site not only includes real-time stock and pricing, but also a quick code feature that allows customers to access even the most complicated part number by typing in only four digits.

Beaumanor markets its 35,000 product lines through a nationwide network of over 50 distributors, allowing Beaumanor to service customers on a local and national level, this is supported by the live stock availability information direct from manufacturers worldwide that provides the end user with the complete picture when they are looking to make a purchase.

Awards

Beaumanor also likes to award success among its customer base, such as Wrekin Pneumatics Ltd. of Telford – winner of Distributor of the Year, for the second time.
