Olaer Charity Cycle Challenge reaches £100,000 target

Fifty seven employees, customers and suppliers from the hydraulic engineering company ‘Olaer’ cycled 300 miles from London to Paris on 20 June to raise money for Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors without Borders. The team successfully reached its target of raising £100,000.

Olaer which manufactures accumulators, coolers and filters, has 22 operations worldwide, and participants travelled from 10 different countries (USA, France, Benelux, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Italy) to take part in the challenge, which finished in Paris on the 23 June.
Simon Jones and Andy Broughton were the Olaer representatives for Team GB and cycled with Paul Pozzo from PPK Services.
