New stainless steel NAMUR lockout valve

Versa Products Company, Inc. (VERSA), a leading designer and manufacturer of valve automation and fluid power solutions, has announced the release of the new C-316 Series Stainless Steel NAMUR Lockout Valve, a direct-mount actuator control solution developed for applications requiring dependable isolation, corrosion resistance and long term operational reliability.
Designed for direct NAMUR actuator mounting, the C-316 Series allows the valve to be mechanically locked in either the energised or de-energised position during maintenance procedures or plant shutdowns. When not in a locked position, the valve functions as a standard electrically operated actuator control valve.
Developed for demanding industrial environments, the C-316 Series is designed to withstand exposure to moisture, corrosive atmospheres, washdown conditions and aggressive process media that can impact valve performance and service life. Featuring 316L stainless steel bodies, actuator caps, plungers, springs and internal components, the valve is suited to applications in chemical processing, oil & gas, power generation, marine and process automation.
Standard FKM (fluorocarbon) seals provide compatibility across a broad range of temperatures and media, while available solenoid configurations support both general-purpose and hazardous location requirements.
