UMPC-045 helps users gain control over their hydraulic cleanliness levels

09 November, 2009

With the Argo-Hytos UMPC-045 oil service unit, users can gain control over their hydraulic cleanliness levels. Based upon the successful UM-045 mobile filter unit, this system includes a built-in particle monitor, allowing real-time cleanliness level monitoring and proper control over system contamination levels. The additional memory allows data to be stored and trended, and, for roll-off cleanliness checks, certificates can be printed showing the cleanliness level.

With a flow rate of 45 l/min the UMPC-045 is suitable for tank volumes of up to 5000 litres, and for use with mineral and biodegradable fluids. The system features Argo-Hytos’ patented filter element, with a dirt holding capacity of 840g and dirt containment valve that prevents contamination of the clean side of the hydraulic system during element changeover. Water removal elements are also available.
