Tom Parker Ltd. to display many core brands alongside live demonstrations at Fluid Power & Systems 2016

07 April, 2016

In line with the launch of its biennial 2016-2017 product catalogue, Tom Parker Ltd. will be exhibiting as a primary sponsor of the Fluid Power & Systems (FPS) Exhibition, at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, from 12 to 14 April 2016 on stand AF330.

Exhibiting on the company’s largest stand to date, Tom Parker Ltd. will be displaying its core brands alongside live demonstrations of Cejn’s eSafe quick connect safety couplings and hose reels, E.MC cylinders, FasTest valves, Protect Air safety fuses and SicoAir’s ring main system. Members from the company’s technical sales team will be on hand to talk visitors through the newly launched Tom Parker Ltd. two-year product catalogue featuring 12 new brand additions, 4000 new products and over 34,000 lines.

E.MC the future in fluid power

Visitors to the stand will have the rare opportunity to meet representatives from one of Tom Parker Ltd.’s core pneumatic brands E.MC, who are visiting the UK especially for the event. They will be on hand throughout the entire show, working alongside the Tom Parker Ltd. team to showcase their comprehensive range of state-of-the-art products and demonstrate their superior quality. E.MC design and manufacture a complete range of automation solutions and pneumatic products, including actuators, cylinders, FRL assemblies, grippers, silencers, solenoid valves and relevant accessories. E.MC has over 25 years’ experience in production, research and development, having built up a global network of distributors, which presently spans 117 countries.

Introducing FasTest to the UK fluid power market

Tom Parker Ltd. will also be launching its exclusive UK distributorship of FasTest products at the show.

This American brand is a global manufacturer of quick test connectors and valves, designed for the industrial manufacturing, HVAC-R and compressed gas industries. FasTest has secured more than 50 US and international patents for its product range, which improves testing and manufacturing processes while maximising efficiency, productivity and profitability. Visitors to the Tom Parker Ltd. stand will be able to witness FasTest’s FE and FI connector series alongside a wide range of products designed to improve automated product testing and provide fast, leak-free connections for testing vacuum and pressure applications, fluid filling and flushing.

Safety as standard with CEJN eSafe

Also on display on Tom Parker Ltd.’s stand will be CEJN’s new generation eSafe couplings. Boasting a design that features the same dimensions as a standard coupling, they are claimed to provide the highest flow rate currently available, combined with a low pressure drop. eSafe’s single-handed push to connect/disconnect feature vents downstream pressure. This reduces noise levels and is claimed to eliminate the risk of hose-whip.

Increasing productivity for a wide range of applications, these safety couplings are claimed to guarantee optimum efficiency, durability and a long service life from tools. Pneumatic running costs are reduced by as much as 30 per cent depending upon the type of installation, energy bills are lowered as is environmental impact. Tom Parker Ltd. comments that this new coupling range replaces the need for both standard and safety ranges and complies with both Safety Standard ISO 4414 and the EU Directive 2012/27/EU for energy efficiency.
