Full Time Product Specialist – Hydraulics

    The Kramp Group is the leading European distributor of Spare Parts to the Agricultural, Forest and Grasscare and OEM markets through the dealer network.  To strengthen our internal sales team we are looking to recruit an experienced Product Specialist looking to work and grow within a rapidly growing international organisation.

    We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our internal sales team and start immediately.  The job holder will be the interface between customers, products and sales focusing on achieving maximum customer satisfaction through superior product telephone consultation on hydraulic systems and solutions.

    • Implementating the sales strategy for the respective product groug
    • Handling all incoming technical focused customer questions about products, services, orders, request for quotations by telephone, mail, social media, etc.
    • Providing advice regarding technical aspects, system fault finding, product knowledge, costs and project planning
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on products and assortment within the specific product group
    • Helping customers to use our facilities in the right way
    • Carrying out all administrative tasks for example quotations, order/return processing, data entry/maintenance

    Job Requirement

    • High level knowledge of hydraulic systems and components (ideally in the agricultural / mobile market sectors) with a minimum of 5 years' experience
    • Good understanding of hydraulic schematics
    • Excellent hydraulic system and product fault finding skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and affinity with other software programs
    • Time management skills
    • Solution-oriented, efficient and ability to work independently
    • Willingness to take responsibility
    • Resilient and self-motivated
    • Good level in written and spoken (especially technical) English
    • Willingness to travel (within UK and abroad)

    Ideal but not essential

    Possession of a Hydraulic Systems Engineering qualification.

    All necessary training will be provided.
